Mission Statement

   Our mission is to enhance and preserve the quality and beauty of our neighborhood through effective and efficient management of the Association, enforcement of by-laws and restrictions to preserve the natural atmosphere, the lake and waterways, recreational character and property values, and to support initiatives and capital improvements that benefit the greater good of the community.

History and Information of Ess Lake

   Ess Lake Association was formed in 1965 by Jack Matthias to develop the area around Ess Lake.

   Here is some general information that you should know about the association:
  • Annual dues are $50.00 per lot
  • There are 3 outlots around Ess Lake and a larger outlot on Long Lake that are provided to association members for access to these lakes
  • The outlot on Long Lake has a tennis court, basketball court, pavilion, BBQ grill, campfire pit, dock, and a boat launch.
