Donation Funds
The Ess Lake Owners Association has established four donation funds to support various projects within our association. If you would like to donate, please send a check to Ess Lake Owners Association, PO Box 388, Hillman, MI 49746. Please note on your check which fund you would like to donate to.
Norway Court Enhancement: This fund is for the cleanup of all of the dead and dying trees along Norway Court. If every resident donated $250 to this fund, the cleanup could be completed promptly. The Association Board would hire a service to come in and mulch up all of the dead trees. The mulch would be spread in the same area as the dead trees. See below for a similar area that was completed by a local contractor.
Water Fund: This fund covers any issues that involve water quality, canal dredging, and canal weed spraying.
Tennis/Pickleball Fund: This fund covers the upkeep of the tennis court at Out Lot C. This would include replacement, painting, net replacement, etc...
Legal Fund: This fund covers legal action that may be required to enforce our Bylaws and Restrictions.
